Floyd Mayweather Jr's. complaint that prison food sucks, the water is toxic and there's a lack of exercise opportunities got me thinking, reading and researching where I found an article about a prison in Brazil that offers "Green alternatives" for exercise that gives back to society as well as the inmate: http://tinyurl.com/8lu6wv9 . The problem of inedible food may be an opportunity for U.S. prisons to look at green initiatives that helps both, society and prisoners too by creating green food farming opportunities. Or just start small, and hire a couple of FDA approved cooks.
